Pauline is lady with a long list of achievements, having worked in administration in a large manufacturing firm, spent about 10 years selling Real Estate, owned two retail shops and many rentals, as well as bringing up a family. She is proficient in many crafts, even to achieving several large copper reliefs hung in Corporate offices, including the Singapore Airlines Head Office, Auckland City, to complement their reception area. She is a past President of the Papakura Pottery Group, dressmaker, florist, family historian and currently enjoying her latest hobby, photography.

Pauline has a special passion for photographing fungi in all its fascinating forms. She can often be found trekking in the bush with her camera over the winter months when the fungi are at their best. Pauline is a member of a local Fungi photography group who have regular excursions into the bush. Pauline has also attended the National Fungal Foray for several years, where she has been able to investigate and photograph fungi in a variety of New Zealand bush and forests with mycologists.

More recently she has joined Images Photography Group and the  Photographic Society of New Zealand having received her APSNZ Honours in 2009.
